    • One 60-minute private coaching session: in person or on FaceTime/Zoom

    • Personalized exercises + reflection prompts

    • Actionable steps + accountability check-ins

    • Curated resources (guided meditations, articles, books, tools)

    • Modalities specific to the clients needs

    • Texting/Voice Messaging conversations as needed via Voxer for a max of 10 responses from me per week

  • Investment for 1:1 Coaching without a minimum week commitment is $220 per session

  • Both are still 1:1. You will get my full attention for a full hour, either way!

    The biggest difference is that the 12-week program has more structure! Each week is planned out and fully customized to you and your specific goal.

    The 1:1 Coaching is a bit less structured, allowing us to ebb and flow, follow the natural rhythms and get down to bidness! The 1:1 Coaching has no set weekly minimum commitment, making it a smidge higher in price.

  • Life happens! Respect is also something that goes both ways!

    Any cancellation over 24 hours does not have a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before our session and we are able to reschedule within the same week, there is no fee!

    1st cancel <24 hours and no reschedule= freebie!
    2nd cancel <24 hours & no reschedule= $50
    3rd cancel <24 hours and no reschedule= $100
    4th cancel <24 hours and no reschedule= $150
