Yep. That’s me with the tattoo. And yep, it’s real. Circa 2018, I decided to take off on a 12 month long road trip and create a travel brand: R.I.O.T. Travel. Now here we are. R.I.O.T. has been born again. Many things have transpired in my life, as they do for all of us, throughout the years. However, one thing has remained true for me in all walks of my journey.

And that is, my values. I believe in 4 main values when it comes to how I lead my life, make decisions, pray, etc. They are my source, my religion, my guide.

Respect. Intention. Opportunity. Transformation.

“Am I respecting myself in this choice? Am I respecting my purpose?”
"What is my intention here? What do I want from this?"
"Am I slowing down enough to recognize when there is an opportunity in front of me to expand and align further with my desires?"
"How have I transformed into a brighter me?"

With these 4 values, I have traveled. Survived. Lived. Cried. Made mistakes. Laughed. Fallen in love. Fallen out of love. Met the love of my life. Created a little human. And most importantly I would say… learned who I am. Without knowing myself undoubtedly and wholeheartedly, I would not be the partner, mother, friend, or daughter that I need to be for my people or for me.

R.I.O.T. Coaching is where these 4 values collide. I help people break free from the norm and the feeling to do what is expected of them so they can own their power, rewrite their story, and live unapologetically on their terms.
